Dr. Preis is wonderful. He explains things to me that I can understand. If he sees a problem he will find a solution. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Preis. If I call the office saying that I know I’m having an MS flare up, he will contact me the same day and to talk to me and prescribes the medication to my pharmacy for me. Again, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Preis….he knows his stuff.

Dr. Preis communicates effectively with his patients, ensuring complete understanding of not only a diagnosis, but ways to manage symptoms. He listens and provides time for questions. Dr. Preis can make a frightening situation less so through compassionate and simple suggestions for coping. He provides a very comprehensive first examination and thorough follow-up appointments. He's outstanding.

This is the best neurology office I have dealt with in years! Their staff are always pleasant, on top of everything and they get back to me in a timely manner if they can't pick up the 1st time I call and have to leave a voicemail. Wish I would have found them sooner. My doctor listens to every concern and covers every detail. Very pleased.
