Thank you Christine for personal service and smiling face. You are the very best and so is Naples Audiology & Hearing Center. The new office is state-of-the-art and so clean and new. I really enjoyed meeting all the staff as well. Everyone is so personable. Above all else, my hearing exam was conducted in a professional setting and the issues related to my hearing have been addressed fully. Thank you very much.

Sarah was prompt and thorough. She provided several options for new hearing aids and explained them. Most impressive was that she did not “push”, even explaining that my current aids, with which I was unhappy, did still have life in them. Highly recommend the practice.

I'm in Naples for the winter, and one of my hearing aids died. I called Naples Audiology & Hearing Center and was able to come in the very next day. The staff is very friendly, patient and competent. They'll be able to have the repair or replacement done within a week (depending on weather). I highly recommend!!

These people are great. Took me in within an hour of my call. Got my defective hearing aid replaced at no cost under warranty. Only a very reason office visit charge for two visits. Very pleasant people and fabulous service. I highly very recommend.

Dr Kaplan is an extremely knowledgeable audiologist who takes all of the necessary time you need to explain any issues and/or questions you may have! In addition, the staff that supports her is very friendly and helpful. Very great experience!
