Dr Shane is the best in town. He is incredibly knowledgeable and cares deeply about his patients and their results. I was in severe hip pain for weeks due to an old injury and he provided immediate relief along with guidance to build longterm strength and stability. Can’t thank you enough!

Dr. Shane is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the human body. He tailors the treatment to the individual as opposed to the “one size fits all” treatment at other physical therapy facilities. He uses many different forms of therapy to facilitate maximum healing: dry needling (with current), manual massage, red light therapy, scraping, pulse therapy and physical exercise. To add to that, Dr. Shane has a very pleasant demeanor and is very compassionate. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking the full benefits of physiotherapy.

I saw Dr Shane Smith several years ago because I had knee surgery and foot surgery the same day and it was a lot more extensive than I ever thought it would be. I went to my first visit in a wheelchair and I really did not think I would walk again, and I was crying, and Dr Shane Smith told me I would walk again, and he was right. He got me out of the wheelchair to crutches, and then to walking. It was not easy, but he kept me upbeat and he was fun to talk to, so my appointments went by very fast. He really knew how to individualize my treatment plan for my special needs. A few years later I tore my shoulder and could barely move my arm, but I did not want to have surgery, so I went back to Dr Smith for my shoulder, and he started doing treatments, and today I am completely healed with zero

I was suffering from chronic tennis elbow pain and even simple tasks were a challenge. Being a physical therapist myself, I knew I had to see the best. Dr. Smith is highly educated and uses current evidence-based treatment methods. He has top of the line treatment modalities, my favorite dry needling and laser therapy. Dr. Smith provides direct one-on-one care and is so passionate to get you better. I can report it has been 3 months since I have seen Dr. Shane Smith and I have not had any pain or weakness since! This was not the first PT office that I’ve been to in Naples but it is hands down the best. Dr Smith is extremely knowledgeable and uses techniques and technology that neither of the others had.
