She is the utmost professional in her business and I've never had a better experience getting my eyebrows done. The process was easy and the results are amazing. Jacqueline is amazing! I got my original brow microblading down with her years ago and have now had 2 touch ups and I still love my brows! She is flexible with my schedule. She takes the time to make sure her work is perfect. She even followed up with me a few days after my last touch up to make sure I was healing well. I'll be going back for years.

I do Not Recommend. My Brows look really Bad. I wish I had gone to someone else. They will definitely need to be fixed.

Non-refundable deposit includes HER not showing up for the appointment and doing the bare minimum, if that, to “try” and rebook you. I waited an hour plus it’s an hour round trip commute for me. She did call and apologize but was the only time she called me. I had to reach out to her to try and get another appointment and she would not respond or responded days later. Only “tried” to re-book me at times that were convenient for her. Once I asked for my deposit back she responded quickly but only to tell me it was non-refundable and then conveniently offered “many openings” by this time my schedule didn’t allow it and her attitude was take it or leave it. Didn’t get my service done and did not get my deposit back either.
