UPDATE: Within hours of leaving this review the staff got right on it and found the billing error and fixed it!! Thank you! I've updated my rating to 5 stars. I was very happy with my visit and the office it was really just the billing situation that had me upset which has now been resolved. Very nice facility and staff BUT I called to make my appointment and confirmed how much it would cost me, paid my copay had a very thorough and comfortable exam and then received a bill in the mail for $255, every time I call the office to discuss I get sent to a voicemail and no one will discuss the bill with me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I came for an annual skin checkup, turns out they don"t accept my insurance. So I decided to do the complimentary cosmetic skincare consult. Dr. Will sent over different options for reducing wrinkles, lines and plumping up the skin (Dermafill, Botox, laser). He is very easy to talk to.

I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Dr. Blair and his amazing staff. I’ve been a patient here for over 4 years, and he has truly changed my life. When I first came in, I was struggling with psoriasis. Thanks to his expertise and consistent care, my skin is clear today, something I never thought possible. Every visit feels like seeing family. The whole team is welcoming, kind, and professional. I never feel anxious walking through the door because I know I’ll be listened to and treated with real care. You can see his passion in everything he does, from the way he listens to the way he makes you feel comfortable and understood. It’s clear that helping people is more than just his job—it’s something he truly loves.

First time visit and the experience was quite good. Check-in was quick and easy especially with the computer tablet they give you to register. There were many front staff personnel which quickly greeted and assisted people as they came in. Alexis Jennings was awesome, friendly and very easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable. I love the attentiveness and answers she gave to my questions. Her assistant was also friendly and helpful . Office staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you Alexis.
