Just came all the way to the mall to get a massage, my neck and arm were killing me! When I arrived both employees had someone in the chairs and were massaging them. They barely looked up to acknowledge me. There wasn't a sign to sign up for a next massage so I asked if they had any other spots tonight after they were finished and he blatantly looked and me, didn’t answer me and continued massaging this person in front of him. I didn’t know what to do, all I knew was that my neck was in PAIN and I would definitely wait if they had something, so I waited and he finally turned to me and YELLED at me! “WE ARE BUSY RIGHT NOW! She worked all of the pain out of my shoulder and neck for 15 mins, and she did better for me than 8 years of doctors. They know how to work all of the pressure points. She worked out every knot. !!!! Highly recommend if you have any neck or shoulder pain. Thank you Natural Relaxation!

I went there twice so far. For it being located at the mall, I think this place is pretty good. As far as I know, only 2 people work there. While they may take walk-ins, I'd suggest making an appointment on their main website. While it must be at least 2 hours prior, it is more reliable then walking in and hoping they are free. As for the massages themselves, the prices seem fair. It is about $50 (tip included) for 40 minutes on a table, but there are few other options/prices. So you kind of get what you pay for. By default, they seem to massage very light, so I had to ask them to go harder. Which is understandable, and they accommodated me. Had a 30 minute foot reflexology massage after a long few days of travelling and it was great! They were able to fit the two of us in immediately and it was just what we needed for our poor legs. Friendly staff and great prices

This is an awful place to visit. I felt discriminated against. I brought in my older dad who’s in his 60’s and really wanted a massage. I signed up for the 60 minute massage in their sign up sheet at 4:20 And waited till 4:41 until one of the two guys came out. When the guy finally came out and saw my dads name, he told me he could only give him a 30 minute massage although I put 60 on their sign up sheet. I then asked him why he couldn’t give him my dad the 60 minute one. He said that he had other people. So I asked him at what time they closed and said 8. Kind you it was only 4:41.
