Just wonderful. Nana did massage me and she is well knowledgeable. She knew what she was doing. So soothing and comforting. I felt so fresh and recharged. Right from the booking call to greeting at the door and finally walking out fresh..everything was hassle free and with so nice experience. I would highly recommend. Atmosphere was great. Clean and no bad smell. One stop recharging place for me. Thank you, Nana.

I had a disappointing experience with the massage. I'm pretty sure the staff doesn't have proper training. I paid $80 for a 60-minute session, but for most of the time, they just walked on my back for 45 minutes. The last 10 minutes were spent applying lotion and lightly rubbing it in. It's an expensive service for something that feels more like walking on your back than an actual massage. On a positive note, the interior and ambiance are nice, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

I keep coming back to Natural Therapy as their masseuses are well trained and professional. Specifically JOY who.gave me the best massage ever. She worked my head, neck and shoulders, I have a lower back injury so she went easy on it as advised. Finished with a relaxed leg and foot massage. Overall a 5 star experience. I will return and recommend anyone to give this SPA a try.
