I had a trigger point massage with Brandi and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was a fantastic masseuse and I can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend!

I’ve visited Nava Spa several times now, and I’ve had a fantastic experience with their deep tissue and thai massages. They’ve also worked on my trigger points in my back, shoulders, and neck, and I’ve never been disappointed. Shane and Brandi are great therapists. They check in with me to see how I’m feeling without overwhelming me with conversation. They also have a deep awareness of my body and work really well on the tension points. I highly recommend Nava Spa for its value, comfort, and effectiveness in relieving muscle tension and trigger points.

I first went to Nava Sen February ‘25 for a massage which was perfection! But tried a place closer to home 4 months later, and it was lacking. So I found myself back at Nava October 10th for a different treatment, the 2 HOUR Thai stretching and meditation with the beautiful genius, Air. This is a combination of deep passive stretching and deep tissue massage mixed with breathing to stay focused and relaxed.
