Naval Health Clinic Patuxent River Pharmacy

There are 5 widows, only # 2, #3 are open and occasionally #4 opens up. I guess # 1 & #5 are inop since I never saw them open. Wait times are horrendous. Nobody answers the phone most of the time then if somebody answers wait time is again very long. This is the worst DOD pharmacy we have ever dealt with. Look at your reviews.... Holy G, they're really bad. Leadership, please act on it. Improve some. Adding a window but with the same so-so service is disservice to your patrons.

Prepare to wait for a LONG time. Mid-morning, the waiting area is FULL. Two windows open but no one is being helped. Typically for this pharmacy and Pax River clinic.

It is totally unacceptable to have to wait 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. There are 5 windows, supposedly to serve customers but only 1 window is actually seeing ccustomers.what a waste of money to build 5 new windows and only use 1. Base Commander I urge you to find a better system at the pharmacy that will provide good customer service. The military men & women who serve and their families deserve better.

Waited nearly 2 hrs to pick up an RX that I was notified was ready. In the first hour, barely 10 people were helped. One window open with about 35 people waiting. You need to line the hall with chairs, because there are far too many elderly people having to stand and wait for their prescriptions that are ready. Nice renovations though, completely useless number of windows.

This is a good pharmacy with a good team. It is our preferred pharmacy. Yes, before Target and Wal-Mart. We have been using the base pharmacy since 2009 and are always treated with kindness and respect. It does get busy, but there are a lot of times where it is almost empty. After seeing negative reviews, I want to remind people that in order to support change, please submit comments and suggestions at the pharmacy. I have submitted comments in the past and heard back.
