If you need an excellent Psychiatrist get an appointment with Dr Delgado. They can't prescribe every medication because of the law. But the doctor will listen, explain in a very simple way to understand what is best for you and help you with your feelings.

Some of the issues others have had I experienced over the years. However since coming back about 2 months ago I can say so much has changed here. Not once have I been unable to reach the front desk. Scheduling has been easy and I can schedule for any of the locations covering all my follow ups. I have had referrals and all of them so far have reached out to me. The front staff has been great and is always welcoming when I check in. The nurses I’ve seen have also been wonderful. I normally see Ms. Morris who has always been a wealth of knowledge. I am now seeing Ms. Gibson and she has also been great. My only complaint is mental health. Even tho I really like Vikki she is often rescheduling her patients and lacks consistency. 2 years ago I needed mental health services badly. I was hang

Very difficult to reach anyone by phone, I call multiple times to reschedule/ cancel an upcoming appointment and left multiple voicemails and was never gotten back to. I decided to make all future appointments at a different location. But staff was not professional and seemed to have attitude problem. Will not be returning, advise you to find a different location.

● WORST OFFICE EVER!! SOMEONE OF LEGAL POWER NEEDS TO GO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE! No one answers the phone or return calls. If you email them, they don't reply. I've been trying to get in with Ms. Morris forever!! The only good thing in that office is her! If I could just get an appointment! I don't know how this office is in business. Someone needs to overlook ALL neighborhood medical centers. How is it even legal to just not answer the phone or return calls?? How are they even scheduling patients? Hmm? This is not right. . Either run the office like it should be or close it down.What a shame for our city.
