I have not yet begun physically working with this practice yet but I can tell you so far the first steps of becoming a new patient HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE…I have already been tested, have the signs, symptoms of CKD, hospitalized numerous times now with sepsis, called in April to get appointment per my PCP, first available appointment in Middletown with a female nephrologist (I requested that) was not available until Sept 16, they have no cancellation list either..then on July 5 in my mail I received notice they changed my appointment to Oct 3 now with a male doctor, this is unacceptable a 6 month waiting list, then they think without verbal communication they can take it upon their selves to change the patients appointment push it back further and change without patients approval from a f

They keep changing my wife’s appointment and when she get there they said she doesn’t have an appointment and claim that they call her and change the appointment

They take great care and time every visit. They are always very polite and take care and respect.
