What a wonderful experience!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Nienke and her staff! They are so SWEET and honestly ive never really felt understood or taken seriously by someone until meeting Nienke! Definitely recommend!
Update almost 5 months later: I have yet to get my records. I have been given a run around via email. Nothing has been resolved and it’s becoming more obvious that I won’t get them nor a response that is truthful. Go elsewhere. Original review: I’ve tried contacting this office for months as a patient of over a year. I called to reschedule an appointment and never heard back despite numerous attempts of calls and messages via the patient portal. I’ve left countless messages on the VM for Maria which are never returned. I need my records so I can be seen somewhere to continue my care. I really liked my NP, but if the support cannot facilitate an organized method of communication, I cannot continue my care with them. Michelle Marshall is beyond unprofessional. Billing department is a mess as well. Don’t recommend
Dr. George is wonderful, and she knows her stuff. Her help has been life changing.
