I hate to leave a negative review as I understand how important reviews are however, I feel like it’s important for future clients to have a heads up. I’ve visited a head spa before at a different salon & was looking forward to trying this one. I just left a 90 min head spa appointment with I believe Corrina. The salon was clean & inviting. She greeted me and was pleasant when I first went in. Her phone texts kept going off during the appointment & it was a little distracting but I tried to ignore it. Throughout the appointment it rang twice with a very inappropriate ringtone. I could tell she spent a lot of time on her phone throughout my appointment as she was only using one had and kept using the tool in the same place. I got a head spa done a couple days ago 10 out of 10 recommend! My boyfriend got it for me for my birthday and the experience was so relaxing I had someone named Alyssa and she did a good job an exfoliating, massaging and making the experience feel luxurious. My hair felt so hydrated and clean after!

I had a powder brow procedure done a little under a year ago, and I want to share my experience to help others. At the start, the initial mapping looked perfect and I approved it, so I felt confident going in. However, the end result turned out uneven. The very next day, I had to go back for a touch-up because the unevenness was so obvious. The artist did try to fix it, but ended up adding an extra spike at the front that looked like a random line, and the tail had a straight (dark) line that didn’t match the natural shape I wanted. The shaping at the start of each brows are not symmetrical. Also, one brow ended up thinner at the top than the other, and there was some noticeable unevenness along the top (and bottom) edges, almost like parts didn’t connect smoothly. It wasn’t dramatically

I have been to many head spas, and New Concept Beauty Bar is by far the best experience I have had. The head spa service is incredibly relaxing, detailed, and never rushed. From the deep scalp cleanse and massage to the steam therapy and halo waterfall, every step feels intentional and luxurious. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, and the entire space feels calm and upscale. My scalp felt refreshed, my hair felt amazing, and I left feeling completely relaxed.
