I was very satisfied with the medical treatment. The problem lies with lack of communication and extensive time waiting. My pre op appt was postponed but I was not notified. They still saw me but I felt like a bother. At this time there should have been a discussion about restrictions post op, more later. This would have allowed time to plan coverage so I could have stayed home. I arrived for my appt 15 minutes early for a 1:00 appt, as requested. I was not called in until 2:00. The prep and procedure took about an hour. There was no questions about my employment and restrictions. I am not supposed to take Advil - not questioned, so I took the Tylenol. I had a horrible night with only a few cat naps. I went to work. The next night was another night with limited sleep. I could not

Dr. Loosemore is a true artist; I can barely see the incision, and it was in such a sensitive area. My family and friends couldn’t even tell I had surgery on my face. My results are incredible. The precision of the Mohs surgery performed by Dr. Loosemore was amazing, ensuring the cancer was gone while saving surrounding tissue. I am very thankful. Amazing job!!

I had a cancerous spot removed. Everyone was so kind and answered all my questions. Dr Cunningham was great. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and was very efficient. The entire experience was much easier than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone who asks

Great staff with a very efficient check-in online supplemented by great service at the desk.The directions are easy and convenient and the parking is right out front. My appointment was for 2:30 and I was taking back exactly at 2:30, The medical assistant was sweet and efficient. We waited just a few minutes for a young PA, Kalyin Cousineau whom I would highly recommend. 5 Star Care!

I received appointment promptly. The appointment itself was thorough, efficient and productive from registering upon arrival thru all of staffs care. My PA, was pleasant, listened and reacted with care, and resolve quickly and helpfully. The best Doctors visit I have had in many years. A wonderful experience with a wonderful staff. Thank You.
