New Scotland Physical Therapy

Never had to require physical therapy before in my life. Had surgery for a torn rotator cuff. I had no idea what type of exercises I would need to do as I recover from this. It is a slow steady recovery with certain exercises stepped each week as I gain strength. The knowledge and expertise that is displayed here has been a blessing to me. I've learned so much from this experience too. I recommend the Nicolla therapist here 100%

Everyone at New Scotland PT is wonderful! I have worked with Anna, Mollie, and Jess for the last few months and all 3 were so friendly and really helped me as I prepared for and healed from meniscus surgery. They make the whole process easy and tailored to what you need. The space is bright, beautiful, and clean! Highly recommend!

After I broke my shoulder and underwent surgery earlier this year, my niece, a physical therapist in the area (...but not geographically close enough to be convenient for me), recommended New Scotland Physical Therapy. I started there in July and continued visiting each week well into November. From the moment you step foot in the door and are greeted by office manager Julianna, you are made to feel like your recovery is all that matters. Mollie is wonderful -- patient and gentle but instructive and forceful, when needed -- in encouraging you and leading you on the path to full recovery. Appointments were convenient, and Mollie sticks to a schedule religiously, never making you wait. I recommend New Scotland Physical Therapy without qualification.

Clean, well run, convenient. Jess is a knowledgeable, compassionate and hard working therapist. She explains what she is doing and why. She always treated me with respect and concern and even when she was pushing me hard, I always knew she cared about my best interests. A consummate professional.
