New York Children's Medical Provider Services, P.C., at Vassar Brothers Medical Center

Came in on Christmas Eve / Christmas morning after taking our toddler to the Dutchess County ER for rapid breathing. Could not be more impressed with the staff, the facilities, and the care our child received. Every single nurse, doctor, security guard etc were compassionate and empathetic. They are trained to handle administration of care to toddlers which was a night and day difference from the ER. Private room with 2 beds and a private bathroom with a shower. They brought us a bag full of toys and brought a play mat and at kitchen into our room. Most important of all the care we received was top notch, well informed, great communication, answered our profuse questions. Still waiting to see the bill but solely from the care perspective, absolutely tremendous.
