Newport Children's Medical Group

I think i already love this place. Had questions and Dr. Tu called. Refreshing to know there are doctors out there that makes it personable. Have been waiting on my children’s pediatrician to get us on the schedule for months. Newport Children’s with Dr. Tu set up our appointment for the next day. I am grateful! Let’s hope for a great experience tomorrow! I’ll let you guys know 👍

Dr Tu is very nice and knowledgable and the baby loves him and he takes his time and answers all ur questions and guides the parents. The office is clean and nurses r nice and friendly. The office does not make u wait for too long.

Dr Tu is great. He never leaves us waiting for long and I never feel like he's rushing out the door to the next patient. He listens to our needs and gives honest feedback.

Dr. Tu had been my baby’s pediatrician for several months, he is very patient and professional. My family like him. But the front desk is too rude and inpatient, I’m very afraid to speak with her. So I will not choose here again.

The front desk is ridiculously rude, I didn’t go with my husband for the first couple check ups for my son and he told me the front desk was really mean and I said it might because her English wasn’t that good, but I went with them this time and experienced it first hand, it’s crazy how the office keep such an unprofessional receptionist.
