NextCare Urgent Care Fredericksburg

I had a great experience here. The staff were all very kind and compassionate. The doctor was kind, showed genuine concern for my well being, and discussed best options to treat my infection in light of my allergies and medical history. Over all one of the best urgent care experiences I've had.

If I could give a zero star I would. My wife had an oopsie moment today and ended up closing her fingers in her door. She knew she likely fractured or broke the fingers. She went here for a quick in and out option. It was her pointer and middle finger that got closed in the door. She explained this to them, they did the whole take a look or whatever and then came back with a brace for her thumb. She tried to say, hey, maybe you got me confused with someone else. It is my pointer and middle finger. They said are you going to listen to me or not. She said are you planning on bracing my thumb? They said yes.. She said then no.. It isn't my thumb. They said then decline service, your choice. She asked why they would brace her thumb because of her pointer and middle finger. They said because yo

-Greeted with "scan the QR code and check in". -Asked for a wheelchair and was met with "uh, I think there's one over there" - Offered no help. - Waiting for over 45 mins in waiting room. -"You wanna pay you $25 copay now?" Was said across yhe entire waiting room vs calling patients up for their financials. -Sat in the back for over 30 mins waiting to be seen. -Bed didnt work properly, holes in walls, dirty walls. -Asked for a pillow for injury, you would have thought I asked for $100. -Staff present as if they don't want to be responsible for patient care. -Sent to front desk for discharge papers. "Were you looking for something else" and told I'd have to wait longer for discharge papers to be printed...after being here for over 2 hours. This place was very off-putting, dismissive and ru

It was great. The woman at the front desk was nice. The woman doctor I saw was very personable and nice understood my symptoms and was thorough checking me out. Prescribed me the right meds and starting to feel better!!!

They never called me back about my test results and the staff in the back were completely unprofessional. They showed no regard for their patients and openly discussed not wanting to do their jobs and hoping they would be fired so they could collect unemployment. The staff are also unaware of the schedules of the techs they use which makes them look like they don't know what they're doing. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be served by people actively trying to get fired.
