NextCare Urgent Care Phoenix - North Valley Parkway

Next Care Urgent Care in Tramonto is the best of all the Urgent Cares I have been too over the years. It was very easy to make an appointment and when I arrived I was attended to rather quickly. The staff there was very professional and friendly and make you feel very at ease. Dr. Dan Deusterman was awesome!! Great guy and most important he was very thorough in examining me do to a head injury I had. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from everyone at this facility. I highly recommend it!!

My visit overall was very positive. The doctor was excellent - kind, thorough, and very clear in explaining my condition and how the treatment would work. I left feeling informed and well cared for. However, the medical assistant who checked me in before I saw the doctor (not the front desk staff) came across as brash and emotionally distant, and I did not feel personally acknowledged during that part of the visit. Despite this, the doctor’s care made a strong positive impression, and I was very satisfied with the medical treatment.

I typically have good experiences but I would highly suggest to not bring your kids here. Wrong medical information was provided (the NP said croup is in the lungs, very wrong), a full exam was not performed, and my concerns as the parent were easily dismissed. I was told that my child with a high fever and clearly a respiratory virus just had allergies. Very concerning that this is the medical care being provided.

We brought our daughter in after she got a laceration on her finger and needed a couple of stitches, and I just have to say how grateful we are for this urgent care. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was kind, gentle, and so patient with her. The space was clean, the staff was friendly, and we were seen quickly, which made such a difference in a stressful moment. The doctor was absolutely amazing — calm, reassuring, and wonderful with her. What could have been a scary experience turned into one where she felt safe and cared for. Thank you all for taking such good care of our girl. We appreciate you more than you know. 💛

I came in with bad congestion, coughing, sneezing, chills.. the works. The staff was very nice, I was seen very quickly, diagnosed within 10 min, prescribed some antibiotics and out the door within 25 minutes. It's been 24 hours and I feel much better already. Highly recommend.
