NextCare Urgent Care Verde Valley Cottonwood

Next Care in Cottonwood had a very friendly professional staff. I arrived early for my appointment and they were very kind to get me set up in a room. They took x-rays and diagnosed the issue. They went above and beyond to be warm and helpful as well as compassionate.

This is the most incompetent urgent care you could possibly go to in the United States. After a dog jumped the fence and attacked my dog I was knocked to the floor and injured my hand really badly. They took an x-ray and told me nothing was wrong with my hand yet today I saw surgeon and I have to have reconstructive surgery on my hand. Mind you it took them 72 hours before they answered their phone and could give me any kind of answers about the x-rays. When I saw the discharge paperwork and the very young receptionist put down dog attack I told her that's not what happened. She started arguing like I was not standing in front of her with another co-worker. How completely irresponsible and rude. They still didn't amend my medical record even though I told her I was not attacked by the dog

We had a great experience at the NextCare Urgent Care facility in Cottonwood. All the staff were extremely kind and efficient and we were in and out in 30 minutes! (We did make an appt on-line the night before.) Excellent service, we couldn't have asked for more.

A nice office and desk clerk very kind. Wait time was minimal. We are traveling and I stopped in because I’m sure I’m developing an ear infection since I had the exact same thing happen to my other ear a few months ago. However, the nurse practitioner didn’t seem to care what I had to say. Blamed it all on allergies when I’ve never had an allergy reaction like this. So now I’m doing everything she recommended and my jaw has not improved. I’m really looking forward to my ear drum bursting, having a major infection and loss of hearing for two months!

Traveling and came down sick during the Holidays and needed to see a Doctor to get medication to help with my illness. NextCare Urgent Care Verde Valley Cottonwood was very resourceful and they were able to get me scheduled on very short notice for same day appointment. Everyone else was booked up following the New Year’s Day people being sick and needing a doctors attention.. Everyone at the office was very nice and focused on me the patient to help me feel better. The Doctor was very experienced in diagnosing my illness and knew exactly what to prescribe for medication. Left with confidence and medication prescriptions to get me back to feeling better. I highly recommend them in treating your urgent health care needs and treatment for your illnesses. Thanks Dave
