My father was at NHC recently for rehab. My father has alzheimer's as well as a feeding tube, I know he can be very difficult at times. The staff were all very friendly and patient with him. Everyone was amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

What most impresses me about NHC on Parklane is its caring, attentive staff. Indeed, they saved my 91-year-old mom's life by immediately sending her to the hospital after discovering her hemoglobin had dropped too low. I highly recommend this facility! Even if it means having to fill a vacated bed, they put patients' needs first.

When my husband needed a skilled nursing facility we were fearful that he would have a bad experience based on stories we’ve heard. He’s been at NHC Parklane for the past two weeks and we’ve been pleasantly surprised at how welcoming this facility has been. First, ALL of the staff (nurses, therapists, CNA’s, staff and housekeeping) are friendly, attentive and happy! They go above and beyond helping with their patients as well as any others. They care about the patients which is so refreshing. Second, the facility is clean. My husband and I would recommend NHC Parklane.

My father is very happy here. They call me anytime they have a question or concern and we come up with a solution together. My Dad frequently says "they take good care of me here, honey".

My father went here for rehab and we have had him at other places. All of these facilities are overworked, but the people who work here really care. They do their best to help the patients so as far as safety a medical care they are 100% in my book. My father had been pretty ugly to them (unbeknownst to me), I found out when I returned with him for full-time care. But they welcomed him back and didn’t make me feel like he was unwelcomed. I appreciate them and wish there was all the money in the world to have an overabundance of nurses in any facility. They do a great job with all their patients and family too. I have a four star because every place can reach for that five star.
