Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center - North Tonawanda Primary Care Center

Such a great experience. Created and helped by a very sweet lady in reception. Only a few minute went by as I filled out my paper work and then was taken right back to a room. The nurse was great polite friendly made me feel comfortable as she did her work. The room was clean and neat. The dr was in only moments after. Was very nice friendly and kind. We reviewed my history and such he was very conversational. He explained things and made sure everything we talked about was understood and answered all my questions and concerns. It is nice to feel comfortable when talking to your doctor, its important. That is how it is here a comfortable setting to be taken care of at.

Rip off artists!!!!!!! Paid copay. They have no record of it so i get billed again!! Their mistake not mine. Hope girl enjoyed that cash! Should of wavered it for me. I know I paid but told me nothing they can do about it so they don't care. Joke!!!!!!

Very hard to get through to someone in the office. Called 5 time throughout the day and couldn't get through once. Then at the 330 call it said the location was closed and to call again tomorrow. Looks like I will be finding a new DR office.

Very difficult to get in touch with someone in the office. Hours show starting at 8:30 am but really not till 9 am & that's quite iffy

A convenient place to have a Doctor's office when in N. Tonawanda, NY. Right on the Niagara River.
