As a senior wearing hearing aids for 18 years, I came to Brittany for help with getting the correct fit for new ite hearing aids, which was having trouble with from another company. Through patience, knowledge and professionalism Brittany found the right hearing aids for me. Brittany and her staff are always helpful, friendly and polite. I highly recommend Niagara Hearing & Health for any hearing issues.

I had my ears cleaned for the first time in years at the new Niagara Falls location. Brittany was just incredible! She was kind and gentle and very informative of all the steps making me feel absolutely comfortable throughout the whole process. I left feeling like a totally new person and now can hear so much better! I couldn’t recommend these lovely ladies enough ! 10/10

While I haven’t utilized Brittany’s services for my own hearing health, I have consulted with her many times about my 5yo son’s recurring ear infections while we waited for an ENT appointment. Brittany’s knowledge, understanding and experience in the hearing field is the epitome of what you would hope for as a parent trying to navigate an unfamiliar area. On a few occasions, she even offered to drive 100km to “check” my son’s ears to give us specific feedback and recommendations in that moment. I’ve never felt so supported by a professional. Not only is Brittany an outstanding audiologist, but she truly cares about her patients’ (and their parents’) well being. I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to Brittany and Niagara Hearing and Health.

My mother had part of her hearing aid stuck in her ear, and we went to this clinic. We were not a patient and the Specialist took care of her problem, quickly efficiently, and politely I didn’t charge her a dime would highly recommend this clinic to anyone very impressed.

I cannot say enough about the incredible service and care I have received at Niagara Hearing & Health in Fort Erie. Both Brittany and Seneka have been amazing to work with, are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and take the extra time to explain your options and personally walk you through everything…they are extremely accommodating and personable. Their equipment is all new and state of the art…very clean and perfectly maintained. They helped me immensely with my WSIB claim for hearing aids, which now allow me to maintain my workplace requirements and standards. These incredible hearing aids have changed the quality of my life! Thanks again!
