I want to start by saying the staff here were very kind, friendly, and quick. I appreciated how fast I was checked in and how polite everyone was. However, I’m really disappointed with the actual medical assessment I received. I came in with a warm, swollen, throbbing fingertip — symptoms that very clearly suggested a possible infection. Instead of examining the nail folds or the fingertip properly, the provider sent me for an X-ray (which does not detect infections) and then diagnosed me with a “sprain,” even though there was no trauma, no mechanism of injury, and my symptoms were not consistent with a sprain. Because the diagnosis didn’t make sense, I ended up needing to get a second opinion at another urgent care, where I had to pay an additional $70 copay. The second provider immedia

Many people are sick due to the cold weather. Best place to consult. Check the lungs if there’s any abnormal breathing but it’s clear. Thanks God no need of antibiotics. Thank you Doctor and staff who works really hard even Sunday.

Came here a few months ago for the first time under the VA community care. Staff were very nice and was seen fast. I hope to get the same service if I have to come back. Great experience. I recommend for veterans who live nearby this location.

Amazing for my son and I. Came in after having surgery earlier in the day because my son broke his finger. I was feeling awful and was a very concerned mama. When I tell you they had us in and out within 30mins including X-rays. Now will it always be this quick I doubt it but even if we had to wait it would be worth it. Everyone was AMAZING and we will be back if needed! They also have a pharmacy onsite. They won’t have it all but they really do what they can to make sure they get you feeling better 🤗🤗🤗

That was the worst experience I've ever had. Only 1 physician for 40 patients. The staff was rude and said after a 3 hour wait. If you don't like it you can go somewhere else. And I did. The physician was really rude. Female. Ill never go back there again.
