The staff are always professional and courteous. They go out their way to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Kelly Tepedino is awesome. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The care given is fast and efficient. I Highly recommend Dr. Kelly and her team!

If zero were possible, this place would be -10. I came to them with an urgent care possible diagnosis that listed high risk of morbidity and wAs met with an appointment in July, this is December. They were unwilling to offer even the definitive test. If you value your life this is not the place to be seen. They are clearly more interested in their cosmetic appointments than in potentially saving someone's life. What a Godless place. If this is Board certified behavior, a new Board is needed for the welfare of this region. Disgusting, deplorable and unprincipled behavior.

This seems to be a pattern of this Dr saying people have inappropriate behavior. Kelly did not wish to listen to our issues nor care about knowing the history of the issues. She preferred not to hear about what we were experiencing I believe to drag out insurance for money. She was extremely rude and aggressive in conversation. I have witnessed this in care as well as my husband. Not a genuine caring person. That’s sad that this office would treat another elderly person this way, I read this in another comment. This office gave false information to our family practitioner that was documented in his record from the communication from their office to our provider. Reporting these incidents to the better business bureau would be a better place to post a complaint. If you look at their respons

I have been going here well over 2 years.never had an issue with the doctor or staff. When I go in, Dr T does a complete evaluation and addresses issues immediately. She's very thorough and to the point when it comes to the patient protecting their body from sun damage. Listen to what she says..follow her instructions and get your information in before your visit that's just good medical practice. Some of the complaints I read are off base ! 5 stars all the way
