Have been receiving treatment here for about 5 years. Loved Dr. Shaw but now he has been replaced with Dr. Fuchtman. For the last year my pain has increased and cannot even get a response from this clinic. Have spoke with my insurance about pain and asked what should I do. They have informed me that they have received nothing from Dr. Fuchtman and all they need is a response to approve my care.Dr. Fuchtman has not responded and the clinic has not either since back in July. Now the pain has cost me my job after 8 years. I have no choice except to file lawsuit. I am afraid they have made my back worst with there laser burning. And can not even get a return call. My advice to anyone considering seeing this doctor to find someone else. She got her money and that seems to be all she wanted. No
