Northeast Medical Institute - Stafford Campus | CNA Course & CNA Class

From start to finish, my experience at Northeast Medical Institute was truly wonderful. Attending this program became a beautiful and meaningful close to what had been a very rough 2025 for me. I had an incredibly positive experience in this CNA program, and a large part of that was due to my instructor, Jennifer. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in her students’ success. Jennifer has a way of teaching that makes you feel supported rather than judged. Even when skills felt nerve-wracking at first, she created an environment where learning felt safe, encouraging, and human. I just finished the lab portion of the CNA program and only have two days of clinical left. I honestly had a really great experience. Everyone was kind, supportive, and truly wanted us to succeed. Sam and Jamie were always available and made sure to answer all the questions I had, which helped me feel supported and less stressed throughout the program. Jennifer, our instructor, was amazing. She explained everything clearly, was very patient, and always took the time to make sure we understood the skills and felt confident. She made learning hands-on skills much less stressful and actually enjoyable. I would definitely recommend getting your CNA through Northeast Medical Institute. They prepare you well and make you feel supported throughout the process.

I had the most amazing experience at Northeast Medical Institute! Ty was a great instructor - sharing his very practical experience as a CNA, targeting instruction to the class as a whole and to us as individuals as we practiced our skills. He offered great overall insight and guidance around being a CNA. My classmates were also amazing and we supported each other along the way. One classmate said that by the end, it felt like "family" and I agree! You do get out of it what you put into it and if you are willing to apply yourself, it will be an amazing experience. Also - the home office team was super supportive and communicated well along the way. Thank you to all at NEMI and to my phenomenal classmates!
