My wisdom tooth surgery with Dr. Shannon was completely seamless from start to finish. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt confident in his expertise the entire time. What truly stood out, though, was the unmatched aftercare. He was extremely professional, attentive, and supportive after my surgery, which made me feel like he genuinely cared about my recovery and well-being. I truly appreciate all of the effort provided as it made my experience so much better!

Dr Hunter and his staff were great. Everyone was friendly. I was able to have the procedure the same day as my consult which was very convenient. Dr Hunter was very kind and gentle. Everything was explained thoroughly and they even made a follow up call to see how I was before they left for the weekend. Definitely recommend.

I visited Northeast for a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Hunter. The entire appointment took less than 45 minutes. Waiting room time was less one minute, and preliminaries in the OR were efficient but thorough. Post-procedure protocols were carefully explained. Check-out was also quick and efficient. The procedure itself was smooth and almost painless. All personnel were polite and professional. Correspondence and administrative process in advance of the appointment were thorough — almost to the point of contacting me too much. They also followed up by phone 3 hours later, which I appreciated. In short, it was a very favorable visit that, I felt, made the experience as positive as it could have been.

Two of children were patients this year. They had their wisdom teeth removed. The procedure and care was remarkable from the doctor and staff. Dr Shannon even came in on his day off to make sure my daughter was healing well enough to fly. I’m a Dental Professional myself and would recommend NEOS and have recommended NEOS to many.
