Dr Brownsberger and his entire staff at the surgical Cottonwood Day Surgery are awesome! Each one is kind, caring and compassionate. Dr Brownsberger cares about his patients, comes in prior to surgery, explains every step of the procedure and makes me feel as though I am with family! He is dedicated to his patients. He is the top physiatrist I have known! All Medicare patients should read their eobs from Medicare to see how since trump took over, reimbursement for physicians has gone way down! If this keeps up, doctors will be closing and hospitals also! Reimbursement for medical has dropped way down and prescriptions up!

This is the best doctor’s office I’ve visited, ever! From receptionist to nurse to surgeon everyone is great. I didn’t feel any pain, and to be honest, it’s the only time I’ve had a good time at a physician’s place of business…explanations that make sense, humor and kindness evident here. Thank you all!

They called me twice looking for someone (wrong number) and I politely told the lady that she has the wrong number, when she called back and I reminded her that she just called and that she has the wrong number, she then hung up without apologizing. Super service! Good to know since they are actually driving distance this is a good place to avoid if you want to be treated with respect.

Very friendly & professional staff & doctors. After years & years of back pain, I am pain free due to the procedures I had. I'm so thankful they don't prescribe narcotics. I would highly recommend Northern Arizona Spine & Pain.

Very immature office staff. Accuse patients of things they did not do. Office staff have no access to paitient records to correctly charge them. This is poor office management. They also will turn you over to collections after you have alresdy paid! BEWARE! However Dr. Valenti was profesional. To bad office staff affect people from coming there.
