Northern Colorado eye surgeon

My experience with Northern Colorado Eye Center has been deeply disappointing. From the beginning, I felt like just a number—not a person. They assured me that my light adjustable lens surgery would be comfortable and pain-free. But during the procedure, I experienced significant pain. When I brought it up, Dr. Olsen scolded me and told me not to move, rather than showing concern. I believe he assumed I wouldn’t remember due to the Versed, but I remember everything clearly. After the surgery, I had severe pain in my left eye. The next day, Dr. Olsen admitted there were complications during the procedure—but he never informed my ride or anyone else at the time. They had promised four light treatments, but it ended up taking ten, and even then, my vision was still unclear. Eight months late

I was very disappointed. I sat in the exam room by myself for 60 minutes. I had an appointment with Dr. Reistad that I waited over 3 months for. No one came to offer an update on the delay for my appointment. I walked out and left. I was texted 20 minutes after I left saying they were ready to see me. I can’t recommend this business. The front desk staff and nurse were friendly. I would recommend caution, because there are a lot of doctors there and the waiting room was full. So unless you have time to wait, I would personally recommend going elsewhere. I had high hopes and was referred there.

My son's appointment started at 9:40 and we are still here almost 2 hours later. I know his eyes needed to dilate but we waited for a long time before they even called him back. I'd give this place 2 1/2 stars if I could. Plan to take a while day off of work just for an appointment here!

Best service and care. From Greeley office to Ft Collins, wouldn't change my care team. Fast understanding.
