Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I never had a reason to be inside of this facility, but being that this was my third time coming here & each time, I was greeted nicely. The staff is great. I even saw housekeeping dusting the top of the closets, headboards & tv's. I was exciting to see that happen. It is very clean there.

First visit to Northern Manhattan, my mom just arrived there and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very clean, the staff seemed very pleasant and responsive. I feel good about leaving her there while she rehabs.

Most are very helpful and respectful. I feel that rooms when unoccupied should be monitored so theft of property can be minimized. Heard one resident complaining. Overall, caring for disabled ones is not an easy job. I feel that here the staff has a grip on it. Thank you.

My father was a short-term patient at North Manhattan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center from April 24 to June 9, and our experience was absolutely amazing. From the nurses to every staff member in the building, everyone treated us with kindness and respect. We had no complaints, and we always felt welcomed and supported. My father was on the 8th floor, and the care he received there was outstanding. He was comfortable, well taken care of, and truly appreciated the attention and compassion shown to him by the entire staff. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Upon entering the facility you are greeted with the security guards who are so nice and were very helpful. My first time there, they helped me sign in using face ID. Today I went to the security desk and requested to see my uncle Social Worker for and update on his health. A phone call was made. I proceeded to the 8th floor and within minutes the Social Work walked in. She was very pleasant and nice. We were able to discuss a plan for my uncle. She showed us that she cared about him. While walking through the hallway, staff are also very nice. I know he is in good hands while at the Northern Manhattan Nursing.
