This place is the best. I was checked in with Melissa who is so pleasant and helpful. I was able to get my dog seen right at our 10am appointment with the tech Maryann, who is simply amazing!! Maryann and Dr B (Alyssa) took great care of my doggo as the entire staff always seems to do!!! Great team with pure passion for your pets!!!

A quick, informative, and awesome experience. I set up an appointment for my hedgehog. The check-in was practically seamless, barely any wait time from when I sat down. The vets assigned to him were very polite and careful with my little dude. All of my concerns and questions were answered, as well as offered recommendations You guys were amazing!

We absolutely love Dr. Jessica and David, they always make sure that our dog Monster is comfortable and relaxed during her appointments and Dr. Jessica always makes time to answer all of our questions about Monsters health. Thank you both for everything you for done for Monster over the years.

ALL the staff are amazing!! Best quality of care, compassion, knowledge we have found in a vets office! They dont try to sell you all these expensive options or tests, theyre honest and so kind! From the front desk, to the techs, to the vets it was a wonderful experience and SO grateful we made the switch! They were not only comforting to my older pup, but to me as i was super anxious and had A LOT of questions. I never felt rushed, the vet and tech took time to go over everything thoroughly. I felt the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable!

So thankful for NRIAH and the great care they take of my three babies. My dogs can be quite nervous at the vet and they always make notes about our visit to make the next one go smoother. One of our dogs benefits from a muzzle during procedures and another needs a chill protocol before coming in and needs to be given lots of treats and distractions, and they never get the two confused. I feel like ALL of the providers at this vet really take the time to know my animals and remember them. Also, when our beloved chiweenie, Paisley, passed away after a high risk surgery at another vet, Dr. Andrea called us personally to offer her condolences. This was not a surprise but is proof that NRIAH consistently goes above and beyond to care for their patients and their paw-parents.
