Even if my life should depend on it, I will NEVER AGAIN patronize this office. I was charged $575 on the date of service for a set of hand X-rays that my physician later told me should only cost $100-$200, and that my insurance caps at $444. A month later I received yet another notice of a balance due, this time for professional services that were apparently not included in the original obscenely high payment. While they're quick to send a notice of balance due and link to pay, it's impossible to get an actual invoice or breakdown of the charges from the billing office. Add in that the office is dirty and the service is glacial, and you get an accurate representation of why you're better off taking your business elsewhere...

This place should be shut down by the health department. It is old, dirty, and the entire building smells like cigarette smoke. My doctor ordered a CT scan STAT so I was added to their schedule the same day. First of all they called me numerous times and kept changing the arrival time. I arrived 2 hours early as instructed and was greeted by a woman who must be 85 years old and has no teeth. She did not know how to check me in or verify my insurance. I asked 3 times repeatedly for them to check my insurance approval as it required pre-authorization. The lady didn’t know how to do it. She took my drivers license and insurance card and told me to wait in the next waiting room. The technician came out and told me to start drinking the contrast. Dr chaudhry is the worst radiology you can take your love one to. He will neglect and make your love one suffer. Him and his team will take forever just to schedule radiation knowing they are suffering for pain and they will just keep saying they are studying to come up with the plan for weeks. I wish his love one to suffer this pain so he can also feel the pain of waiting weeks.

ZERO STAR If you want to wait 3hours or more for your ultrasound, go here with extra high cost. Office is not busy, but no one checked on me in waiting room.
