You dont deserve a star. had my drug test last Thursday, it is now the 28th. still no results and still no phone calls to verify my medication. my test is still at the lab. I have to work, I have bills to pay. Get your company under control. im not the only one You guys are messing with people's career and mental health

Rude, rude, rude. Tried to get info on Identogo fingerprinting and she talked rudely right over me before I could finish my first sentence. Don’t recommend going here for anything. Went to a nearby town and they were very polite with good customer service.

Very RUDE people work here. My daughter had her id thrown at her because they don’t do fingerprints there anymore!! No wonder they took that away from your business!!

Came in for an appointment with my cousin.. we went to go get checked in. And I was being nice and polite.. I said “hi we have an appointment for a drug test at 8” and the lady at the desk said “ is it both of you?” I said “no it’s just for him” and she corrected me and said “well then just say that it’s for him.. it wouldn’t be we .. it would be he” and we didn’t get to our appointment until 8:20 when it was supposed to be at 8

I wouldn't trust this place they charged me twice on my card I called them about it less than an hour from leaving there and they told me they hadn't and it wasn't showing up but only once I'm there billing. However it was charged twice and they told me they didn't know how to fix it and would mail me a check returning the second charge when I live an hour away and it overdraft my checking account for the weekend and left me stuck somewhere because I couldn't put gas in after hours on my debit card. Wouldn't Recommend them unless you want to get ripped off!
