10! Benjamin and Will were so professional and they were very warm and personable and ill be using Northwell again for future medical needs.. Yes they were all amazing. I felt very comfortable. I Was listened to and treated respect. Great service all the way around.

My husband and I prefer to use this urgent care location out of all the ones in the area! It's truly such a welcoming, calming, and supportive experience every time. The staff and doctors are always kind and friendly.

First thing I noticed was how clean the facility was when you walk in. Staff was very friendly and very helpful in signing up and registering. Doctors were amazing! Easy to talk to. Bathrooms were spotless. Highly recommend! Precautions are being taken for the flu and I appreciate that!

From greeting at front desk to care in the exam room: everyone happy and friendly. Felt listened to and am hopeful that my issue will be resolved. A referral was made to a specialist and will be seen on Friday. Very efficient!

I have no idea what my providers name was, but she was thorough and accurate and did a great job. This is the third time I have been here, and all three visits have gone above and beyond my expectations. It is super quick, clean, and they do a great job. What more is there to say!
