The staff were professional and caring, particularly Hope, the MA who brought me in. She was smart, helpful and knowledgeable and had a great personality. I appreciated being able to visit spur of the moment after finding out my partner had Covid. The man at the front desk was also friendly and accommodating The facility was absolutely spotless, which is always nice. Grateful to have found them!

My experience with the Go-Health urgent care was wonderful! The staff was professonal and friendly. The x-ray technician was efficient and friendly also. The physician's assistant showed me the x-rays and carefully explained my situation in a way I could understand it. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

This place is a life saver , I got so sick on the weekend and I don’t know what to do , my husband insisted that I should go to the hospital but stubborn me said no for two days . Then he said that is it no more waiting for you to feel better, I was dying from vomiting my guts out . Dizzy , weak , he called the office and explained and they said bring her . From the minute we stepped in it was easy to check in , ladies were super nice , helpful. It took some time to see the nurse practitioner cause they only had one provider on Sunday . But she was a doll I wish I remember her name , and all their names to mention them one by one but I was so sick . They did all the test in no time , they figured out what is wrong , prescriptions was sent to pharmacy and gave me pills to help with vomiting

Dont even bother going here. You make an appointment online show up for the time you scheduled. They do not help you and you end up waiting over an hr without even being seen. They used to be great about seeing at your scheduled time but the past few times have been a complete joke. If you want to have hrs of your time waisted then come to this place.

A long wait, but it was just after a holiday, so understandable. Once I was in the exam room the PA and Dr were very good. I was surprised by one thing, even though my primary dr is with Nuvance which was taken over by Northwell, the walk in clinic didnt have access to my medical records or prescriptions.
