They need to pay better attention. Went there yesterday, girl put my insurance in wrong, was told I couldn’t be seen they didn’t take my insurance. So after returning to my prior doctor who stopped taking my insurance years ago and paying $100 to be seen for a sick visit, they call to tell me that they do take my insurance and I can come in.

It was a great experience and the staff was well trained. I was just there again May 21st 2020 and the staff was well trained with this new virus and have safety measures to keep us safe. They call you from your car then you come in. Dr Tiu is amazing and listens to me well . I was afraid to come back to the office after this virus let loose but I am ok with coming back now. Dr Tiu listens very well makes suggestions and lets me decided which to act on. No pushy doctors there. When you get blood work done they follow up and you don't have to wonder what's going on. Thanks Dr Tiu I appreciate the way you deal with me.

Primary Dr. Jeffrey is a great doctor. Very thorough, & Kind. He's easy to talk to. Best Doc I've ever had. Place is friendly & clean. If I could give a higher rating I would.

EDIT: The urgent care is absolutely terrible. They are incompetent money grubbers who just want to collect cash instead of help people. My wife and son were mis-diagnosed prior to Christmas. When the labs came back for my son showing he did have strep (duh), they still dragged their feet with sending a script for antibiotics to CVS. For some reason, they didn't test my wife, but they said that she could come up for a test and another co-pay, then wait for labs. Bear in mind she had obvious pus pockets when she went up for care. Please let me know where I can get a job where I get paid more money when I'm wrong! Must be nice. There was no sympathy even knowing my family would be sick for Christmas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I come here to see Dr. Chen for my PCP, never an issue for any scheduled annual visits however the urgent care on the other hand is another story. You are told to come in the morning, 8am, when they open. Standing in line you deal with an extremely nosy security guard asking personal questions to people as he tells you to wait in your car to ‘call’ to be seen yet when I called the day before I’m told to wait in line outside. They allow 1 person in the building at a time, the lady registering people treated me with the most nasty, unprofessional, and zero compassion care whatsoever. I was given a 9am appointment at 8am, I was also the 2nd person to enter the building to register for an appointment. At 9:15am I call to follow up as I am now waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes just to be told
