Northwestern Medicine Primary Care Wheaton North Main Street

They cancelled my fiancés appointment 2 times in a row on very short notice, and each time we had to reschedule over a month out. We are still waiting over 2 months later to get in. The receptionist said “she is a human too” as a weak excuse for the doctor, but then they cancel appointments when someone is in pain. They have no regard for patients and treat them like animals.

The 1 star is due to the recent change to the phone system. Instead of being able to call directly to the office, the calls now are being answered by a call center. I advise you to abandon this call center nonsense

Natalie the nurse is friendly and efficient, Dr Jay Patel is so knowledgeable and has an upbeat manner, and phlebotomist Natalya is incredible, a real professional. It's a treat to be treated here!

There are friendly staff and attentive doctors at this facility! And they have a lab on site, which means I don't have to drive to the hospital if I need lab work done!
