Novant Health Physical Therapy – Sumter (Formerly Progressive Physical Therapy)

I was skeptic walking into my first session of physical therapy. However, Jennifer & Mickey both exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond; recommending shoes, truly attentive to ensure my movements were exact, providing bands & printed exercises I could execute at home, and made sessions enjoyable. Each session was carefully planned and catered to my needs. Continual assessments ensured I was progressing. I am thoroughly content with my care I received and would recommend this facility to all!

Dr Jennifer & Mickey were awesome! Due to their knowledge and care they were able to give me the best chance of recovering from a fully ruptured Achilles. Thanks to their hard work, I feel I achieved the best possible outcome!!

Absolutely the BEST IN SUMTER,SC. This is a very small facility. If you’re looking for more one on one care with less people & noise around, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I have anxiety so when I go to PT, I want my surroundings calm & relaxing . Miss. Mackalea & Mrs. Jennifer are the absolute best. Very down to earth & professional.

My experience here has been great. The staff is very kind and educational. Jennifer took her time and explain all exercises to me and what muscle groups that exercise is focused on and how it will help towards my recovery. If you need therapy this is the place to go. I personally thank her for her dedication. Very informative.

Our experience with Progressive Physical Therapy has been a positive one. One of my children was referred by their provider to Progressive for scoliosis. They have been great with working around my work schedule and the physical therapists have treated my child very well. I will continue to utilize their services and would recommend them to anyone seeking physical therapy.
