Novant Health Urgent Care – North Myrtle Beach (Formerly Doctors Care)

I had a great urgent care experience here. Typically urgent cares can be a headache due to long wait times and foot traffic. The office was efficient and clean. I made an appointment online the night before and had basically no wait after getting my paper work done. The Dr (can’t recall his name) was thorough and experienced. The staff was kind and Donna even called me after the weekend to check up on me. I’ll go back here if ever needed for sure and would recommend it to anyone.

I came in without an appt for a ear ache and was in and out in an hour. Thank you for my patient care. It is great to have a doctor urgent care only a few blocks away from my home.

Excellent service. Krysten and all the ladies working the front desk were exceptionally helpful, cheerful and pleasant. That goes a very long way when you are not feeling well. My medical doctor (Dr. Pommerenke) was professional with a caring demeanor who listened. I was in and out in about 50 minutes. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience, the two ladies in the reception registration area met me with a smile and a great conversation. The young lady that took me to the back to obtain my vitals was so polite, and she too smiled. Lastly, the nurse practitioner was awesome, She has the right questions listened to my responses, and she too, had a great personality with a smile. It didn’t feel like an institution. It was very comforting..
