NSPC Brain and Spine Surgery

I saw Dr. Birk on Thursday for a follow up. I can't tell you how much I like this office. Always an informative visit. The staff and Dr Birk are a real class act. He answered all my questions and took all the time needed. He is a great doctor! I would refer Dr Birk to anyone who is looking a spine specialist.

I had a very positive appt with Dr. Birk today, he was very sincere as to finding out what the cause of my back pain is. I was never rushed and he spent alot of time explaining my condition with me and my wife. I felt very comfortable and confident in him being my Dr. and would definitely recommend him to anyone with spine issues.

Dr. Birk is truly an excellent doctor. Clearly smart and equally humble, he explained everything in as much detail as I asked for. There is no rush in there; I had time to gather thoughts and understand, rather than just accept, his diagnoses. If you like to understand what your doctor is telling you, Dr. Birk is exactly the doctor for you. If you prefer to put your trust in your doctor’s recommendations, you can trust his.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a good review to leave. I like Dr Birk, but My so-called easy ACDF surgery came out a month later, and I had I to go back for a second surgery, which was cervical posterior laminectomy. Rods To fix what they had done, because it didn’t fuse. They also tore my rotator cuff, putting me in this device for the surgery. This complication from surgery has impacted my life in a way that I can’t even explain. Dr Birk was my surgeon. excellent bedside manner, unfortunately . That’s not enough..

Dr. Birk is one of the best neurosurgeons. He looks into every detail thoroughly until he finds a solution. Even if the issue isn’t related to the spine or brain, he still takes the time to figure out the root cause of the problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Birk for your brain and spine care.
