My experience with Nursing Care Service Inc. was traumatic and heartbreaking. Between December 2024 and March 2025, this agency inserted itself into my father’s hospice care in a way that caused extreme distress to both him and our family. The owner, Janet, impersonated a medical professional to convince my disoriented, dying father to agree to be hospitalized — without his hospice team, without our family, without honesty. They attempted (and failed) to take over his care under false pretenses. From there, it became relentless: constant phone calls, emotional manipulation, and desperate attempts to collect his Social Security number. And when I tried to protect him?
