I had a bad experience here a year ago when receiving an echo from one of the staff who was incredibly heavy handed, and I walked out sore and in pain. I already have chronic pain so it made it worse. I’ve been getting echos since I was a baby, and I’ve never experienced that. My heart doctor referred me to get an echo done last week (I need yearly checkups) and I was worried coming here again after my bad experience. But a woman named Nicole was assigned to me to do my echo and she was WONDERFUL. I expressed my fear of my past appointment and she listened and made sure to check in with me throughout the entire procedure. She warmed the gel (which is unheard of now) and I could’ve fallen asleep on the table I was so relaxed. Thank you so much Nicole!!

Left several messages a week ago to have someone call me back to make a new patient appt. Thank God I'm not dying I would be dead waiting on them. Better yet you dont belong working in Healthcare if you cant handle your job, dont have patience or consideration for another humans life. DISGUSTING I hope people read this review and look elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU!!! Based on others review this seems to be a trend here. SAD.UPDATE: NO SHOCKER HERE CALLED CAROLYN AS SUGGESTED AND GUESS WHAT NO CALL BACK...

The non clinical staff here must be overworked and underappreciated by leadership. The cardiologist and nurse practitioners are very good and attentive. Dr Mark Harrison and Anne Lucas are really good at their job. I have moved all my physicians to The Premiere Medical Group with the last move being my cardiologist. Nuvance is a hot mess and this recent confusion with my BP medication not being refilled when CVS Caremark reached out several times to advise new refills are required are the straw that broke the camels back. I decided to find another cardio practice and choose l Premiere Medical.

As far as my doctor, he’s amazing. The staff is a whole different story that administration needs to deal with. I’ve had one woman who treated me with respect and handled one issue that had been unresolved for months given they don’t return calls.. The only calls I got back were when it was concerning a procedure that I was having done in the hospital that they recommended. Other than that and the doctor being great, this place has been a complete nightmare. There is one specific receptionist who is incredibly rude and not very smart- unless she intentionally did what she did which is highly likely given she got nasty with me when I reminded her the mri had to be done in a hospital. She scheduled it outside a hospital and I found out while there for another appointment. I would’ve prepped

When trying to contact this facility, GOOD LUCK! You cannot speak to a human being, you must leave a message in order to have someone call you back. I sure hope you are a vigilante person who spends the entire day by your phone and have nothing better to do! I have spent my entire day trying to verify appointments for my mother. Also needed to reschedule another appointment, called at 2:54 PM to reschedule. The message stated if leaving a message after 4:00PM they would return your call the next day. It is now after 6:00PM still no one has returned my call. As stated, I left a message long before 4:00pm. I’m thinking It may be safe to take that shower now? My plans for the day are out the window too...🤨
