Voicemails and texts not returned for several days, prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacy, reception desk cranky, Nuvance has turned this practice into an appointment mill. Find another cardiology specialist.

Staff and Drs are fine but the office space needs help. Small waiting room , bathroom facing the waiting space, People coughing, & eating while waiting for stress test. Never returning. They need to move/expand/remodel. They definitely have enough patients!!

Never received a call with the results from my echocardiogram and nuclear stress test.

Very disappointed, would it have killed the doctor to have enough common courtesy to take 5 minutes out of his day to explain the results of my echocardiogram to me not have his nurse call me and tell me that nothing has changed except he didn’t see the prolapsed valve that was on my previous test. He did not request a follow up with me at all. So she advised to “give us a call if you don’t feel good” I don’t expect any special treatment but I have no answers or advice from him as to what I can try if it keeps happening. And by the way, he refers to my last echo, I’ve never had one before. So I will assume all is good I guess. I just don’t think I deserved to made to think I’m embellishing these symptoms.
