I love my doctor! I had a heart attack and was treated in the hospital. I had a follow up here and everyone is so very nice! My doc is caring and thorough in my treatment plan. He listens to me and answers my questions and is just a down to Earth person.

Addendum: What kind of practice in this day and age puts a doctor in charge of administration and thinks it's okay to have a portal with one-way communiction -- so the patient sends a message but can only get a response via telephone, which means she can't communicate directly with the doctor and all the finer points get lost in translation? This practice had to do just one thing -- send a prescription for heart medication to my pharmacy -- and it couldn't manage to get it done. At least five people there checked my pharmacy information, yet the prescription never arrived. Hudson Valley medical practices are negligent and irresponsible and for the most part staffed by incompetents. The doctor on call whom I finally got on the phone and who refused to give me his name said it's "inappropr

Dr.Jha is an excellent cardiologist. He takes his time and really listens to all my concerns and questions and explains everything. He is very kind ,caring and patient. Brandon his assistant is incredibly kind caring and professional too. They both make you feel Very comfortable and it's obvious they really care about their patients. The front desk are always professional and kind too. Everything is very clean and never over crowded.

Rude Rude Rude! The first I call the girl hung up on me after she told me she was too busy to call the doctors office. I had to fax my script 3 times. Then when they finally get the fax theres no the right info on it so they were going to reach out to the doctors. 2 weeks later I call and they said they had never recieved anything and they dont contacts the doctors offices. Again hung up with no goodbye!

did tilt table test here! staff was so friendly and didn’t rush me at all. they made sure i was feeling 100% before letting me leave the room after the test. they also asked very thorough questions about my day to day symptoms and were detail oriented! they made my anxiety go away quickly
