NYU HOSPITAL

I had the worst experience ever at this hospital. They left me waiting 36 hours for an appendectomy, at the triage with 50 more people. My life was compromised, they FORGOT about me. Every time I asked, they said I was going to get surgery but as soon as their shift was over, GONE! they didn’t provide me with a bed, but a chair instead, to stay there for 36 hours. This is inhumane. This didn’t happen to me at Mount Sinai. DO NOT COME HERE. People do not care about you and the outcome. You’re just a number and they just play with you. I regret coming here so much.

Epilepsy team. In room 17-18 and room 17-21 on the 17th floor. I was there from December 20-27th. I hope to keep getting treatment that will cure my epilepsy but so far just more tests, medicine and hair growth medicine for the hair loss in the eeg.

Modern and clean hospital. I was surprised by the kindness and dedication of the staff. This hospital makes good use of technology and they keep you informed through text messages about the progress of your family member's surgery. This constant communication gives you a lot of peace of mind since you are informed about your family member's progress during the surgery. I recommend this hospital. They are very professional. I am very satisfied with the services received before, during and after the surgery.

I had back surgery here . BEWARE THEY DONT TREAT YOUR PAIN. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SURGERIES.
