I had a great experience at this office. Dr.Ouhame was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. Her assistant Sofia was just as kind and attentive throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients. I highly recommend this office!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Nuva Smiles in Ridgefield Park, NJ. From the very first phone call, Alina, Lale, Jessica, and Elena were absolute angels. I was so stressed because both of my children’s dentists had moved, and I was having the hardest time finding a new office that accepted our insurance. As a mom, that kind of stress feels overwhelming. From the moment I called, the front desk team made me feel heard, important, and genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us, even making schedule adjustments to accommodate our family. That meant more to me than they probably even realize. After the crazy snowstorm and such a long day for all of us, the entire team was still so kind, patient, and sweet with my kids. You can tell they truly care about the families

If you live anywhere near Ridgefield Park you don't know what you're missing if you're not a patient here. I'm seventy three years old and I have never experienced a better dentist in my life. Everyone is so kind and caring. I'm not good at posting reviews, but I would give them six stars if I could. Try them they're the best.

Dr Koo highly recommended from a close friend I went there. My dentist would not do an extraction. She did it in 10 minutes painless she took my insurance. Her office was very nice. Her staff.. And this is the part that impressed me most, Her answering service after the office closed after my extraction her answering service kept pursuing my pharmacy CVS for 20 minutes until the answering service got through to CVS to give them my amoxicillin prescription. I was very impressed with the answering service not giving up until the CVS pharmacy got on the phone with them and took the prescription so I didn’t go home without my amoxicillin very impressed.

Nuva Smile is amazing! The doctors are gentle and explain everything clearly. The assistants and front desk team are so welcoming. I always leave feeling taken care of.
