I use to love this place, but I just had a very disappointing experience. I was waiting for over a half hour without any update before my appointment, which has never happened in the 4 years that I have been seeing Dr. Thompson. I have jaw issues and have had plenty of terrible experiences with other dentists - until I found Dr Thompson who is absolutely AMAZING. When I finally went into my appointment, I was worried to see a new hygienist - typically Dr. Thompson or the same hygienist clean my teeth and are very fast due to my jaw issues. But the new hygienist was great and did listen to my worries about my jaw and accommodated accordingly. However, when it was time for the dentist to pop in, to my surprise, it was not Dr. Thompson. It was a male dentist who I don't think even introduce
