I have to say, they were very nice people, but a small issue occurred and I felt they did not do enough to resolve my issue. I went for a cleaning then set up a crown procedure. After crown was done, I did have some swelling in the eye lids due to their anesthesia but they said to take Benadryl and they would make adjustments for the future. That helped and the swelling soon receded. I had a bite adjustment and then I immediately left for South Carolina. Less than 2 months after, while in SC, the crown falls out. I had to go to a local dentist for re-cement of the crown, which cost me $196. I called Oak Hills prior to going to the local dentist and after I got the bill. I asked that Oak Hills reimburse me for the $196 and this is where they tightened up. They refused to reimburse. I paid O

Oak Hill Dental is the best dental practice in the area, hands down. Dr Lori Wheeler is the best dentist I have ever been treated by, and I saw 5 other dentists in the area before meeting and choosing her. She is very compassionate, very professional, and excellent at what she does. The cost is also very reasonable, even without insurance, and the treatments are cutting edge using the latest technology. Living most of my life in Tampa, I am used to seeing the top rated physicians in every field. When I moved to Live Oak I first saw the local dental professionals (Live Oak and Lake City), but they did not have what I was looking for. Older equipment, old techniques, and worst of all, a "good enough" attitude.. (If we don't get it quite right, just come back and we'll try again no charge..

If you are looking for a Dentist that you will really like- go here- If you want a hygienist that is professional, courteous, and gentle, request Madison Shingleton- she is the best I have ever used. The dentist’s Dr Ram and Dr Weiss are both awesome- Try them once and you will be glad you did.

Today was my first appointment with Oak Hill Dental Group, from warm greatings at the front to checking out was a stellar experience. Their entire team loves their patients and it shows. The dentists here really care about their patients and they do incredible work. When I had an issue on the weekend, I called them. Dr. Lorrie was on-call. After describing my issue, she scheduled me to met her at the office in 30 minutes. She came in on a Sunday to help me. They are awesome
