This place is so horrible. Please do NOT ever send your loved ones here. My sister in laws grandpa had passed away while in the nursing home, and she was trying to get his belongings when he had passed away. they said they would get a hold of her and let her know about his belongings. couple weeks later still nothing so she had to get a hold of them. when getting a hold of them they try to say they don’t have her grandpas wallet. People like this are so sick and deserve to rot in hell. Crystal is the only person i know that tried to say they don’t have the wallet

My grandpa was here for about a year. He was put in by another family member. We had no other choice… It started off ok but it started getting bad. First off we came to visit and he was having trouble breathing, and the nurse came in and said “oh yea he has pneumonia”. my grandpa himself didn’t even know he had it, and no one had informed me, his POA. I made a complaint and there’s that. he started hating it more and more and got depressed. he had great friends and I would come up when I can, but I live an hour away. He had a friend up there that was keeping me updated and the first week of September. She said he wasn’t doing well and wasn’t eating and was too weak to even walk. Then I get a call from the DON saying she’s concerned about him and wants to see if he can go to the hospital.

I'm giving a 1 star only because I can't leave a 0 star. All negative reviews have the same "cut and paste" response. My relative was in there 2024. What new management? What care? These people rely on you and you should be ashamed for the treatment these people receive. This place is horrible, unsafe and unsanitary. No person on earth should have to endure what goes on in this place.

The ppl here are rude, out of 5 ppl we talked to, 1 person was nice. My best friend's sister has been there about 7 years and they call to say she was in the hospital, they don't say what hospital or what happened and when we try to call back to get info all they do is transfer us around to 1 rude person after another then a RESIDENT finally answers the phone, 15 min later we r still trying to find out what happened!! Not happy with the communication or service there at all!

Communication is the WORST and you never speak with the same person twice because staffing is a major issue from administration down! The right NEVER knows what the left is doing and all they have to offer are empty promises and bogus apologies because they turn around and do the same thing with no REMORSE! They speak to you in a nonchalant manner and as if you being concerned is an issue! If you LOVE your family DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! I gave them 1 star because negatives weren't an option!
